Delivery

For mainland Great Britain – England, Scotland and Wales £2.95
Postage & packaging is FREE for all UK orders over £40.00
For international orders please email for a quote before placing the order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours after we have received payment |
| Next day delivery: |
There is an additional charge of £5.50, and your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. The cut off time for next day delivery is 10am Monday to Friday (please bear in mind that Royal Mail do not operate on Sundays or Bank holidays). |
Returns

| Returns Policy: |
Posh Crafts want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order you should return your goods to Posh Crafts, 82 Altash Way, Eltham, London SE9 3JH. Goods must be returned in their original packing and, of course, in saleable condition. In the unlikely event that you goods are damaged, broken or incomplete please telephone us on 0208 857 1570 (evenings) within three days of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted after this period.
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition.
Before returning any items please contact us first – either email or telephone us on 0208 857 1579 (evenings)
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. |
